General Rule
For virtual number activations, once the number is successfully activated and an SMS is received, the order is treated as fulfilled and is not refundable.
Exceptional Refund Scenarios
Refund requests may be reviewed in the following situations:
- SMS not received due to service-side issues, while the activation remains unconfirmed.
- Invalid virtual number issues supported by clear evidence.
- Major verified defects in service delivery that cannot be resolved in time.
Submission Time Limits
- Claims for non-received SMS must be submitted within 7 days from purchase.
- Claims related to invalid numbers must be submitted within 7 days with supporting evidence.
- Late claims may be rejected according to platform records and risk-control rules.
Evidence Requirements
To process a refund, you may be asked to provide:
- Order details and activation records.
- Screenshots or logs showing the issue.
- Any additional technical information required by support.
Refund Handling
If approved, refunds are issued to your account balance or original payment channel according to the payment provider’s rules and technical feasibility.
Exclusions
Refund, return, or exchange requests are not supported for incompatibility with third-party software, plugins, modules, themes, scripts, extensions, or external hosting environments not controlled by SMS Number.
